"WOW. excellent service. I wanted to try ordering delivery tonight. I decided to call and place the delivery order over the phone because I wasnt able too over their website. The food came Perfect. Soups were almost boiling hot. Sandwhiches were nice and hot! Will definatly order delivery again! Thx everyone at paneras!"

"We've been going to The Brass Tap for a few years now and last night was the first time it was average. I'm pretty sure it was because our server was new and she seemed overwhelmed on a busy Friday night. However, our food came out warm like it was sitting a bit and our starter came out after our dinners and was fresh and hot. My wife had to ask our server for another beer but then the server walked away without asking if anyone else needed anything (we did). And, there were other small things. For now I'll leave my review at 5 stars but one more bad experience and it is going to be dropping."

"We went for dinner tonight as a family of three and we had the best experience. It was our first time at this place and our waiter Mike was amazing! He did a fantastic job taking care of us. We haven't had this kind of service in a long time, so we really appreciate him been so professional and attentive. We will be back soon, we highly recommend."

"3 children and 2 adults. Everyone could find something to his joy. Great variety for their combination meals. Two children ordered the regular chicken noodle soup Great good balance of noodles and vegetables they enjoyed the crackers options both oysters and saltin) and the rolls that came with the soup were fluffy and a little sweet. So delicious! A child from the children's menu ordered the grilled cheese and fruit cups. They thought the grilled cheese was very gourmet. An adult ordered the Chipotle pork salad and a Cuban sandwich. Both of these articles had balanced aromas. The other adult had the Chicken Enchilada Chili with was smooth and creamy. The flavors were exciting, but not sharp. The adults agreed the salads with the premixed dressing was a perfect amount where you got the taste, but your salad was 't drown in dressing. All LOVED? The chocolate dipped strawberries! We will be back and make sure we save space for dessert!"
