"This is currently my favorite Hamilton cafe. The menu is original and the food is fantastic, with some really great cabinet items. The coffee is consistently good and the staff are always willing to help. It's definitely worth checking out if you haven’t been."

"Le Rendez-Vous is the BEST crepe place in Hamilton. Serving savoury and sweet both tasty and fresh. The staff are amazing. Kind, efficient and thoughtful. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for some yummy food. 5 stars all round."

"We took friends from the south and all enjoyed our meal. Plus the waitress went the extra as I had a fall on the way there and she bought me ice packs and checked regularly plus provided a chair while waiting on kerb to be picked up then onto A&E.. will definitely go again"

"Really good coffee, and not at all crowded. The food was mostly good too, but whatever that was on my eggs benedict, it wasn't hollandaise. It was very nice, mind you."

"Lovely restaurant in the Novotel Tainui Hotel. Fabulous Eye Fillet Steak which you cut with a butter knifes. And the meat in the Venison Pie, melted in your mouth. As for the Chocolate Pannacotta, yum. Thanks to Mereana and Myana for looking after us on the night."

"Excellent Food and Exceptional Customer Service!!! I took my wife for a date night yesterday. From the moment I stepped inside, till the time I left, all I experienced was JOY. I was greeted by a staff with a very warm smile. With quick wit and a mischievous twinkle in their eye, they made me feel like an honorary member of the pasta-loving club. The service is truly exceptional, blending efficiency and humor to create an experience that 's as delightful as finding extra meatballs in your spaghetti. The food we ordered was chicken, fish and vegetables. Everything we ordered was really delicious, the meat juicy, served hot and fresh!!! Here 's my experience: My reservation was at 8 pm, we were super hungry, so we jumped right into the mains with drinks. I ordered a beer and my wife got herself a Baileys. Five minutes later, I changed my mind, didn 't want to drink anything cold so I called the staff and said if they have not opened the beer, I could have a glass of Merlo instead. In the corner of my eye, I saw another staff member bringing my beer from the kitchen as I was talking and she had already opened the bottle. She didn 't know that I was making the request to the other staff member. In a situation like this, usually, the customer apologises and drinks the beer since that 's the right thing to do. However, both staff members simply smiled and said that 's ok, no stress at all, we 'll get you the Merlo. Don 't stress about the beer. We will take it back. Now that 's what I call A world-class customer service . It is simply good customer service in a short window of time that makes it an exceptional experience for customers like myself. It doesn 't stop there. For some reason, my wife and I lost track of time and had a couple of more drinks and we suddenly realised it was around 9:30 pm and no one else was in the restaurant. All the customers have finished their dinner and left. I quickly asked one of the staff members what time they close and if we were holding them back from closing for the day. Again, they simply smiled and said, we will close whenever you finish. No rush. I was absolutely blown away by this level of customer service. Our friendly Anne (Owner of Adriana 's Restaurant was sitting patiently at the corner table and we made small talk. I got to know the beautiful history of Adriana 's Restaurant, she introduced me to the head chef who was also her son and I complimented the exceptional dinner they served us. To wrap up this delightful feast, I couldn 't resist indulging in their Tiramisu. It was a dessert that tasted like a slice of heaven sprinkled with cocoa dust. Each spoonful was a delightful blend of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and velvety mascarpone, with a touch of sweetness that made my heart skip a beat. It was the perfect ending to a meal that left me with a permanent smile and a belly full of laughter. Adriana 's Restaurant is a culinary treasure trove where exceptional service, personal touches, and outstanding flavors converge. It 's a place where the pasta is the star, the laughter flows like wine, and you 'll leave feeling like you 've just shared a meal with your most hospitable Italian relatives. "The customer service here was great. The waiter was kind and with the chefs help, catered to our needs. The oysters were average and small but that's because I ordered them in July- middle of winter."
