"This is my go to place anytime I'm In the area for an la galaxy game! Make sure to call ahead as they get busy, if you plan on dining in it is small in there and only has a few tables! Prices are great, portions are big and pizza is always delicious. The owners are always so welcoming and we never have any complaints."

"Red West, the younger of the two pizzeria joints of the same name, in Lomita with his big sister a higher profile, architectural character and an important visual niche in the restaurant iconography of the older, larger harbor district of Wilmington, about 4 miles southeast of Red West Lomita, although both mark street addresses on the legendary Pacific Coast Highway. The food, perfectly balanced, thin crust, New York meets L.A. on the Italian Riviera tariff, is gratefully uniform in both places. But be warned of the Lomita stains only disadvantage: it is tiny and full. There is a great salad bar, but the room that is given to stand and build your own salad is so tight, many Forgo the fresh fruits and vegetables and other toppings that are from your crowded, sometimes divided tables. It is worth the inconvenience, trust this reviewer."

"Pizza ordered for pickup and tried half pepperoni half mushroom pizza. The service itself was great, and the facility seemed to be a local hunt. Although I'm not the biggest fan of the thicker crust pizza, the quality of the pizza was still excellent for a hole in the wall pizza joint. The dough was thick and chewing, with a good ratio of cheese and sauce. The pizza was quite generously crowded and the blow seemed to be of good quality. The place itself seems to have a small full-service restaurant with about two tables and four stands. While I can't come back frequently because of the thick dough, I will definitely consider Domenicks as one of my go-to pizza compounds in the neighborhood."

"I found this place in San Pedro. I was actually going next door to the Mexican food restaurant but it was closed that day. I am glad Big Nick's Pizza was open! We walked in and were immediately greeted by the friendly staff. The ambiance was nice. Not what you'd expect from their little strip row of shops location. It was nicely built out and had great decor. It has two sides to it. One side is where you place your order/kitchen and the other side is a cozy dinning room with a bar. Wood paneled ceilings and walls with dark rich stained wood. Beautiful stacked stone adorned the top section of the walls from the wall panels up to the ceiling. Nice lighting, it wasn't too dark that you couldn't see but dim enough to feel relaxed. looked like a great place to eat, relax have drink and mabye catch a game on one of the many TV screens. Clean restrooms too. While we were waiting for our food, we kept seeing dishes of great looking pastas being served to other patrons. My wife and I went for a light lunch. We both had a slice of pizza and we shared a Greek salad. The pizza was fantastic. It came out hot to the table by the server. The crust was great the toppings were plentiful with just the right amount of cheese. Perfect. I had sausage and pepperoni, my wife had mushrooms and black olives. Both taste and texture were outstanding. The Greek salad was unique. All vegetables. No lettuce or any leafy greens. It had tomatoes, bellpeper, onion, cucumber, kalamalta olives, pepperchinni peppers and feta chesse. Balsamic dressing was the perfect dressing too. Everything looked, smelled and tasted delicious! Washed it down with an old fashioned creme soda. What a surprise as we are not local to San Pedro but do visit friends there. If you are anywhere near San Pedro, do yourself a favor and eat here. You won't be disappointed. Great friendly service, great food and great place to sit and enjoy it all.
