"I placed an online order for pick up. I arrived 5 min early. Employees were inattentive to incoming customers. Several of us were waiting on online orders. When one was out out, the receipt was not out and it was on the side for Door dash and Waiter pick up. No one called out names or checked on anyone standing there. It was not a pleasant experience. Also I got a side salad. They left off my extra dressing and the lettuce was questionable at best so I had to throw it out. It would behoove you to inspect your lettice occasionally. The drink machine was also out of most selections. I would've expected it to be filled in preparation for lunch. I love firehouse and eat here often, but this was not it today."

"We ordered a family meal and one other tender mill. We asked for ranch. When we got to the window, we asked if all the sauces were in. We were told yes, and we asked for extra ranch. We were told it would be $0.80 per pack… We said no thank you. We got home and we had one pack of honey mustard, not ranch, to split between 14 tenders… We also got the wrong sides. The food was good but more attention to detail would be appreciated."

"Update:When I tell you the General Manager, Mr. Alex Tubbs and I spoke, it was truly a satisfying conversation. He did not hesitate to apologize and offer a solution to our experience. We absolutely love Sweet Peppers, but we live in Gulfport. However, it will certainly be worth the drive to enjoy one of our favorites. Thank you again Mr. Tubbs for reaching out to us! We look forward to visiting soon.We went in yesterday and there were at least 6 employees in the restaurant. Not one person greeted us or even asked if they could help us. We stood there for a couple of minutes and still nothing. Even if we were undecided on what we wanted, at least greet the customers! But here’s the kicker, when we decided to leave (because no one seemed interested in helping us) one of the young men behind the counter said have a great day!!! Say what now!!!!"

"I really love the Depots corn bread with tomato gravy! All of the food is delicious though . Also their Cherry William is delightful . Other than that, the employees are wonderful . It’s such a positive atmosphere! The patio outside is also a big plus !"

"I did a pickup order in my app , picked up in store. Chicken was coming out of the fryer(yum) when I walked in, I was 5 min early, added a chicken sandwich which I had forgotten, and 5 minutes later I was out the door. Perfection on my order and a very pleasant manager who took care of me. I keep saying it, KFC has Popeyes beat hands down."

"I go here mostly out of convenience. Also they are very fast and friendly. Have not been disappointed. They are great. However, they do have a limited menu because of being on campus plus a even more limited menu due to Covid. Overall, I recommend to everyone."
