"On April 15th, 2017 the MALE security guard at the door of Rodger 's House Tavern in Havre de Grace, MD assaulted my FEMALE friend at approximately 1 a.m. Myself a few other people witnessed this in the entryway of the bar.She was waiting for me to sing karaoke (which was honestly a pathetic set up terribly organized, but I was willing to play along and try to have fun). My friend was asked to leave for being too drunk as she stood at a table with me. She was not attempting to get any more drinks and was simply standing with me, but the security guard was visibly angry that she had loudly criticized him during the night for his overbearing nature. When things escalated verbally between them, I stepped in began to guide her out of the bar. As we got to the door I was now at her side , he rushed her to push her out then put her into a guillotine choke hold.This caused her to be momentarily unconscious.I grabbed around his arms screamed to get off of her, but two guys ran over pushed me aside. Thankfully a patron ran out assisted. Police were called.See Yelp or Facebook for full details."

"Tried to go somewhere else that was closed at noon on a Tuesday in February. Ended up here by chance. It was very quiet, only 3 or 4 tables filled. Even though we were in the restaurant, up on the higher tier, (not on the deck) there was still a very nice view of the water and boats going by. The service was reasonably prompt, but totally lacking in charisma. I had a great club sandwich, which came with the most excellent tasty fries maybe the best I have ever had! Wife had a good crab cake- tasty, moist, lots of crab. We were very pleased. Bill was around $40, reasonable for the nice atmosphere, great view, and very good food."

"Here. that was delicious. the wings were amazing, we had the ranch, they were delicious were crispy (our favorite.) steak was great. the crawling dog was great! wherever I can get a Kabby dog, I got one that he didn't disappoint! we loved the staff in the outside seat friendly. definitiw a must go stop will visit again when we return in the opposite!"
