"We ordered the fajita bar for 50 people and it was delicious ?. The person who brought it was nice and the service was incredible. I recommend the chicken fajitas they were definitely the best fajitas I have had."

"I?ve had great experiences at Chipotle before but this time I WAS THE UNLUCKY CUSTOMER EATING A BUG. Not even a small bug, you can see in the picture that the head (which was all that was left over? and we couldn?t find the rest of the body in the bite I spit out) is about the size of a kernel of corn. This was a BIG bug I had unknowingly snacked on. I went to the register to see if I could get some help and all that was offered was a choice between a new burrito or a refund. I appreciate that I at least didn?t have to pay for my burrito but most of the time people get paid to eat a bug by their dumb friends, not be offered a free bug from Chipotle. This would have been a perfect opportunity to empathize with a poor traumatized customer who just ate a mysterious large bug with wings on behalf of her trust that Chipotle would deliver delicious food. I was looking for someone to say ?I can?t believe that happened to you! I would imagine you probably lost your appetite so let me get that refunded and also give you a card to get a free burrito on us when you?re ready to give us another chance.? But instead I was offered a free bug at Chipotle. If anyone can reach out to me about this and help improve Chipotle?s service recovery experience please respond!"

"Remove the highest wet burrito. I'm going past the place all the time and decided to try her. When I arrived there, the type was not rude, but I stood at the window and he did not avoid the eye contact. was a strange 2 minute before he asked me about my order, so he might have been busy doing inventory or whatever, ordered my food. have it under 10 minutes, which was great! So I came home five minutes later and was so let down. the sauce/salsa they used was watered like the tomato sauce and simply ruined the burrito. the meat (asada), rice and bud were good, but the sauce just killed the meal. they get free tostada type chips that were good, but the salsa that gave them tasted like a dose tomato sauce. I really wanted to enjoy this meal. in hints I would have got a regular burrito. I can't give this place 4 starts, I would give it a 6.5/10"

"Love this place! I usually get the mini nachos with carné asada. It is large enough for 2 people. But, this last visit I got their carné asada taco with cilantro but no onions carnitas taco with guacamole. The carné asada was tender. There has been a time when it was dry tough. The carnitas was juicy tender, no complaints here. You get a side of chips with your order, except with the nachos. So if you're thinking of ordering a side of chips salsa, no need since you can grab all you need of salsa pico de gallo from the self serve salsa bar (hot, spicy, medium). They have Tapatío packets on the top shelf if you prefer. You also have your choice of beers, Pacifico, Tecaté, Modelo, and Corona. If you prefer soda, they have a self serve soda machine (Pepsi products). Overall, it's just a great place for a quick bite if you have a craving for Mexican food."

"Some of your workers NEED lesson in food preparation and handling!!! They seem kinda rude and impatient too!! They dont even know the right way to prepare flour tortillas and to keep their customer 's order warm ! I Went in to buy the 2 for .99 cents 6 flour tortillas fir snack and one of the girls behind the counter just dumps it into the round foil tin pans opened and just passes it down like they didnt care!!! They used tin pan where they usually prepare the burritos and tacos in, instead of rolling my 2 tortillas into a foil which I thought they usually do so it can keep it warm!! And I was taking it to go too! But WHEN a customer in front of me also ordered the same 2 flour tortillas aside from his Taco order, the person behind the counter wrapped his flour tortilla in foil and HIS order was for DINE IN!! If you are really are a Mexican descent then you should know the right way to keep tortillas warm by wrapping them in foil whenever customers buy it, and NOT dump it into those foil pans in open air where it will get cold quickly by the time we pay for it!! Learn to do your jobs the right way! It doesn 't take brain surgery!!!"
