"Had the three pieces of fish and 2 sides (fried okra and fries) like my girlfriend, and an unexpected surprise, a hair. I immediately said that the administration that took care of the situation without hesitation, and NIE tried to blame me as some businesses try to do. I expected a plot for my meal (I am also in the food industry) but was surprised when the BTH of our meals was refunded. Management was very apologetic, more than once. I told the staff that I would give them a good review because they deal with it. Great crew. Thank you."
