"Excellent service, great variety of menus and choices, as well as a relaxed atmosphere. You order at the counter, pay, get a table number, get a self-service drink, sit at a stand or picnic style table, and quickly someone brings your meal to you. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich on sourdough bread. A friend ordered a Philly cheese steak; another friend ordered a pack. We were super satisfied. It was a good place to sit and talk afterwards."

Best in the tri state area, even on par with real Italian calzones I grew up near Pittsburgh, PA .. so its hard to impress me .. Lupis Rocks!.. and lets not forget the great selection of beers"

"Best yum yum sauce in the game and I love their food. Unfortunately for them I go to the competition because of their unpredictable hours and the long wait time for the food when I do end up there. Called it in ahead of time hoping that would speed the process up. Was told 20 minutes on the phone and then waited and an additional 30 min when I got there. No acknowledgement like it’s basically the norm..so I’ll drive 10 minutes out of the way and get my food quicker."

"Your food is amazing that we may order here twice a week. Steak Sub and Special Hoagie is our favorite. Fries are cooked perfection. These people definitely have a good crew. Thank you."

"Started out good then quickly went downhill from there! The menu definitely isn't easy to navigate as no where is it listed that noodles are an option. Food had good flavor but definitely not authentic Japanese. The noodles ???? appear to be common boxspaghetti, the soup is definitely made with a retail broth. They were short staffed which is everywhere right now however, ourwaiter definitely couldn't multitask as we waited longer for a to go box our ticket than our initial wait time to be seated order. Won't be going back!"

"So there ever only one person working when I go which makes service slow and difficult since often they are in then back cleaning between customers. I’ve waited close to 10 minutes for someone to come up to help customers. However once someone does help, they are nice and do a great job."

"Steak was really good. I think one of the chefs called sick and it took forever to get our food, but my girlfriend and I are ridiculously easy to go and we don't mind. The waiter was very attentive. We'll be back."
