"The food was delicious! The experience is terrible: I made the reservation since today is my mother's birthday, and I added a note about us with a groupon I have the reservation message) The waitress called himself manager named Rene Earlier man without teeth not with mouth protection all the time during serving) He knew, as I mentioned, we went to Houston and bought a groupon after we read the excellent reviews about the food. When we finished eating, he took the bill without asking for it, we were the only table in the restaurant, so they were not busy). He did not accept Groupon as he said that Groupon was for brunch. They only have brunch on certain weekends, even if the description says “Every day”, and he read the description of the voucher and said that is a mistake. We had to pay without a voucher we were four adults and a child, and he added the top himself on the ticket and he brought another ticket with the top line clear so that we add even more money on the top he charged us without us to add the amount. Unfortunately, food is not only conscious at this bad level of service!"

"The food wasn’t exactly soul food from the perspective of someone who grew up in southern Virginia. Southern Mac and Cheese is always baked with multiple layers of cheese. While the chicken breast I had was good the wings were not cooked fully through. We visited the restaurant based on OpenTable reviews but unfortunately was a little disappointed. We left before even ordering desert to celebrate the birthday honoree."
