"Wow! This PHO is exactly what PHO should be (I had pho in over a dozen cities and always looking at a local place when I come back to the city). The service is just as good. My wife ordered a vegetable broth Pho with chicken that is hard to pull, but the flavors were right at the point. The threshold of the event was our Thai bubble tea. Get one and thank me later."

"Love this place so much! I?ve been a regular for over a year now and will drive 30 min just to come here. I rarely eat out or buy prepared foods, because most of it is just full of junk and cooked with inflammatory seed oils and low quality ingredients.Fermentation Farm is one of the very few places where I feel comfortable eating out, knowing that the food is healthy andnourishing made with great ingredients. If you?re into the whole Weston A Price, Ray Peat, Paleo, etc. philosophy, then you willabsolutely love this place! Either way you will probably love it and there are many great resources to learn more classes andbooks. The employees are really friendly and passionate about health as well. Coming here was a big part of my transition frombeing a vegan for four years ????introducing back high quality animal foods one thing at a time while supporting my gut healthchanged my life for the better! However, if you prefer plant based still there are so many options for that too Everythingtastes amazing and there are so many cool things available. We always stock up our fridge with fermented foods, condiments, rawdairy and broths from here."
