"I have eaten here many times over the years, but my recent meal there (08/14/2022) was the worst restaurant experience I can recall.1. Service was extremely slow. The server did not seem overwhelmed she just took her time and disappeared for long stretches. It took at least 50 minutes from the time we were seated to get our entrees if we had not complained I don't know how long it would have taken. A table close by us had a different server and even though they were seated well after us they got their food before we did.2. They got our order wrong in multiple ways. The manager came and talked to us but was rude about messing up our order.3. We have dining rewards but even though we gave them our number we did not get credit for the visit.4. The men's bathroom is in sad shape. One of the urinals was out of order and both toilets were backed up. I would give them a pass on this, but we were at this restaurant five weeks ago and at that time, both urinals were out of order and one of the toilets was backed up.I won't be eating here again."

"We have eaten here twice in the last two months! Both times have been wonderful. Tonight was our anniversary, and they met all expectations. The food was amazing, and so was the service. If you read more of the reviews, you will find that Don is a favorite waiter. Even though he wasn’t our server this time, he still came over and said hello. He is amazing , and I wouldn’t hesitate in requesting him. Our server tonight was amazing as well (Jessica), and so was the bar tender! The food was amazing as well. We will definitely be back!"

"Great food and atmosphere. We went without reservations and ate in the lounge area. Live piano music was nice and service was great. I had the Elk (first time eating elk) and my wife had the tips and fries (Frites). Both were yummy. The drinks were amazing!I definitely recommend The Don's Revenge. For desert, they were out of the Pecan Pie which I hear is good, so we had the Pecan Butter Cruch...that was really good as well. We will be back!"

"Waiter was excellent. Cocktail was goodbit pricey...Airline chicken was devine, so was the shrimp/scallop pasta. Great bread. Brussels Sprouts were also great, as was the corn side dish. The lobster corn dogs were just ok...meh. Portions are ample, you could even share. Ambiance: cool decor, but it was too dark. I like a softly lit place, but this was almost absurd. Too dark to see menu unless you held it to the tiny light One thing that bothered us a bit that I will share it so maybe the owners can explain to the hostess...when we came in at there was only one table, ONE occupied. He place was empty..which is to be expected so early. The young lady didnât greet us with a smile but said âdo you have reservations?â We did actually, but that is a silly questions to ask from the start. She should have said certainly we will seat you, then âlet me know if you had reservations so I can mark then off.â Being cool and dismissive doesnât make your place seem special or exclusive, it makes it feel silly and pretentious. they just need better training. Owners should go eat in Bham at OvenBird or Highlands or many others to see how itâs done. Too many servers milling around a few feet from out table chatting and looking at our food, since no other diners yet. Overall a very nice dinner. We enjoyed it. Will definitely come again, maybe to sit at the bar and split some shareables. Happy to see a new place in town..with an interesting menu. I wish them well!"

"Literally the worst experience we have had in Huntsville so far. Our entrees were borderline inedible. We didn't even take the time to send the meals back and have them remade because we were pressed for time and had to get back to our babysitter. I found out after the fact from some in the industry that the head chef had left recently. Maybe this visit was just poor timing."
