"Entered 3 people in shop ordered small fish and chips. As always no fish ready and as always only black pudding steak pie or sausages and hamburgers ready even though over 75% off customers are ordering fish and chips so within 4 mins 7 bits of fish placed above fryer(in heated part) they then continue to prepare on-line orders and this is all good however they are still awaiting other items out the fryers to complete the orders.Then after a 15 mins wait i then get the last piece of fish that had been standing for 11 mins now. Would/could have done this quicker at home. How no one has thought while we are waiting on these items still in the fryers for the online orders why not give out the fresh fish and chips we do have ready to the 2 guys sitting waiting in the shop as the fish is fresh. But no ingenuity used by the staff that fry. What could have been 5 mins took 15 not great service by fryers. And i have complained before and reason given for delay was people want fresh fish but after tonight's display (as above) that's not the case. If someone is in your shop longer than 10 mins you have failed them. Stop wasting our time in your quest to not waste fish. Chip shops are ment to be convenient this one struggles with that."

"Since last year I moved back to Scotland, I visited a bay road with vegan and non-vegan friends. The vegan options are very good the lotus tocoff pancakes are fantastic! Options for vegan milkshakes, milk-free milk for hot drinks, vegan ice and vegan cakes. the employees are knowledgeable and are looking forward to options/consideration if they have any! dog-friendly! stunning location. the only part is it a popular Wee café, so sometimes they can have a short wait for a table. the whole team is great to let them know if there is a wait for how long they expect and either give a summer or a contact number. can't rate this place enough!"

"My colleagues and I attended this venue for a dear colleagues leaving lunch of soup and a sandwich. The soup was the worst I've tasted in years, absolutely no taste, even when we added salt and pepper! The Sandwiches were ok, although some of the filings were watered down. Staff were friendly and attentive, however when I voiced my opinion about the soup, I was told it would be passed on to the chef....Chef, if when you are cooking and you can't taste what you are serving out, then you aint a Chef! And they have a cheek to charge £3 for that soup. I wouldn't rush back and we certainly won't be having any more lunches here if we can help it."
