"David was our server. It was a busy night and he was attentive and professional while putting up with our antics. Thank you, Bellwether! Only negative was that the soft serve machine was down that night. But the other meals made up for it!"

"It was our 3rd or 4th attempt at Crane Ramen and always had Tonkotsu Ramen. Sorry to say this, but it has always been an unpleasant experience. The broth is always watery and greasy, shimeji with no flavor at all. Chasu was tasty, though. And that was it.I hope the owners tried some real ramen, either in NYC, Atlanta or even at Modu at Baymeadows. Much richer broth.I truly hope the owners could apply this feedback and make the food to be as nice as the rest of the restaurant."
