"I arrived at the Stenna Building at hours for an expeceted boarding but was told that only passengers with RT tickets could board before I had no breakfast at my hotel and was starved and with heavy luggage Langengrad was my only...option. Upon arrival I was told by the bartender that the kitchen closed at and doesn't open again until I asked politely what sense it makes to close the kitchen in a Stenna Building restaurant when folks are waiting for boarding and then opening it after they get on the ship? I was told that they don't get many Stenna travelers in there. I hope mgt reads this because I want to ask if they've ever heard of selfulfilling prophesy? I asked if I could get anyting to eat, any snacks or chips. He said: No nothing Kitchen is closed but you are welcome to relax and have a drink and wait. Relaxing on a couch I was tormented by the sight of or three workers coming in intervals from the kitchen with plates of food and stuffing their faces in front of me at the bar. There were only other customers in the place yet it actually took half an hour before the waitress asked me if I wanted a drink. She only came back for a second trip when it was time for me to leave.As I picked up my check I noticed a hand bill on the table. It read Waffles available from to When the waitress returned I asked her about this and she said the kitchen is closed but we serve waffles between and I then asked why the bartender told me nothing was available not even snacks and her reply was I guess he didn't understand you I should have asked why it takes hours to get beer. The only excuse for an experience like this is extremly poor management. It it is ashame because it is a beautiful place with great views but you can't eat scenery."

"Das Lokal ist genial gelegen, es hat eine riesige Terrasse. Also sind wir mittags um 13 Uhr am 03.09.16 da hin gegangen. Ich dachte mir, einen Mojito, soll ja Hemingways Lieblingsdrink sein, bekomme ich hier wie er sein soll,leider falsch gedacht. Die halbe Speise- und Getränkekarte ist mit Cocktails voll und nirgends steht das es Cocktails nur zu bestimmten Zeiten gibt und trotzdem sagte mir eine nette Bedienung: " leider gibt es Cocktails, personalbedingt immer nur ab 17 Uhr"Schade!Wissen die nicht das Hemingway auch mittags seinen Mojito trank?Ich nahm dann ein Wasser und mein Schatz eine Traubensaftschorle. Ich finde der Laden sollte vor 17 Uhr künftig anders heißen, vielleicht "Anker für Verdurstende" oder "Saftladen""
