"My brother was staying here and we popped up for breakfast at gingers... have to say food was amazing and the tea is leaves not a bag but old fationed traditional tea leaves and my mum was impressed takes a lot to impress mum she moans about the colour of the sky ner mind food and drink... but service was superb nothing was to much trouble for the waitress and the food was fresh cooked and just excellent it definitely in my top 5 of breakfasts in 40 odd years of eating out can't recommend this place enough it a hidden gem in a rough mountain of a place Simon nairn"

"Had a brilliant breakfast at a very reasonable price. the sausage was a very tasty cumberland, everything was freshly cooked and not only warmed again. Sausage, speck, ei, bohnen, hashbrown, fresh tomatoes, mushrooms and toast with tea for £3,50, an absolute bargain. all cooked to perfection and not greasy. there was also a special offer of two breakfasts for £6. a selection of homemade quiche and pasties avalible and an extensive menu offers a good selection of meals. the caffe was very clean and pleasing and has 5 hygiene ratings. the owners were very friendly and helpful. there were timelines that are to be read for customers."
