"I would not recommend to stay there, although the villa with pool was quite ok, at least if they are arranged with cockroaches in their bathroom sometimes and everywhere around their private area of the house in. Moreover, almost the entire area was in construction or had massive water damage. when we tried to contact the manager and send them our complaints with pictures as an example, he simply denied everything and told us that we make pictures of forbidden areas. strangely, the teamworker there showed us on the website and showed us everything we can theoretically use and what not. the gym that is listed in the advertising was in a cellar and smells extremely laborious. which was probably due to the water damage that could be seen in the next room. the water was high there. Just make your own picture and decide. I don't think it's worth the money."

"Among the current circumstances, this hotel refused to repay or book at a later time, while there is a travel ban. I'm ready to change dates too. but no, they don't know any cancellation. they don't want us to go. it is not under our control. I tried to minimize our losses. not even re-booking. so, others travel, they are aware. everything could happen to you or to all the world, and they won't care."

"For what I paid for my room I can't ask for anything more. The staff were all friendly and nice and the place in general was clean. Staff come in every day to clean your room but if your a late sleeper due to a late night they even cleaned my room in the afternoon so there doesn't seem to be a set time to vacate your room. A tip as well, to be helpful for the cleaners if your in your room and your curtains are drawn and you don't want to be disturbed just leave your shoes/sandals on the welcome matt (inside). As the doors are large glass doors the cleaners can see you're still in there so they won't disturb you. Your rooms are great for privacy and far better than a standard hotel room (in my opinion). There's no security or reception to walk through so you can literally access the place from the front on the main road or from the bottom from the beach. When I was in my room the A/C worked perfectly, cold enough to shiver or even warm enough to sit comfortably in what ever clothes you chose to wear. I didn't actually spend alot of time in my room as I was always out but when I slept in my room I never heard any passing cars from the main road or anything that disturbed me. The beds are very firm so if you like a soft bed then you may want to ask if they have rooms with a soft mattress. I stayed in C03 but luckily I actually like a firm bed so I had no issues with my sleep. The reception can get anything you ask from taxis, excursions to extra towels and they're always willing to help. There's laundries literally next door so I just dropped my laundry off and picked it up the next day which at the time of this writing was 50thb per Kg. The food at our hotel was very nice, I'd of happily ate there every day but as it's a holiday I went out to alot of different restaurants. Apparently I could of gotten food delivered to my room but I never tried that, I just ate my food down at the beach where their tables and chairs are. They've got their own massage ladies by the pool over looking the beach and the ones I tried were very experienced and did a great job. Overall I was very satisfied and would stay there again"

"Best resort in Koh Samui. Amazing service and hospitality from staff, nothing is a problem to them, they make you feel welcomed like family. The resort is located beautifully on Chawang beach in 2 parts on each side of the road. Pools are located on each side with a very good complementary buffet breakfast included in your stay. The bar near the beach is amazing, the pool is beautiful, rooms are clean and everything you will need and more. Live music and fire show played on the beach and at the bar every couple of days. Amari is the best and most inviting and worth your time. One of Amari owned restaurants Prego I highly recommend, amazing Italian food and unmatched service, well worth at least a dinner there during your stay at Amari."

"If they show them a card on their phone, written in thai, which explains that their zöliakie and with cross-contamination be careful, they can prepare them some of the menu items gluten-free. because I have shown them this card (only google coeliac translation sheet or similar), they have cleaned an area of kitchen only for my order and eating was really nice, despite omitted sauces. I'm not a celiac, only very sensitive to gluten, so I can't really say if it's celiac safe. I wasn't sick after I had eaten in the restaurant koh samui, and I did that three times."

"Newly update: They recently closed for a renovation, and will open in 1st August 2017. They serve the best fried rice with seafood in Thailand, and the best thai food in Samui. We found here 3 years ago, and this time we take every dinner in here. Long live to the owner! See you next time."
