"I was so looking forward to ordering a BA burrito once my mouth was good enough for semi solid food after wisdom teeth removal. According to all available sources, (their BA Burrito's website, Google. they were supposed to be open today, Online ordering didn't work, calling their restaurant gave me voice mail. The website was no help. In order to even understand what was going on I had to GO TO THEIR LOCATION to get a straight answer as to what was going on, via a sign posted in their darkened windows. They've been closed all weekend. I LOVE your food, but guys, come on. ONE notification on one of the websites, or at the very least a message on the answering machine when you call in would have been nice, could have saved me the trip and the heartache."

"My wife and I dine here at least twice a month. They have the absolute best pork tacos and pork dinner plate that I've ever had. The service is almost always great/ good. However we have been there during some very busy times when service was slightly less attentive (which is to be expected when the place is packed full)."

"I stopped here when I drove from madison to the twin cities and was kind of blown away, how good it was eating. “Vegetaric” section on the menu seems to be completely vegan. only wish there were more vegan options and clearer labelling for some other vegan products such as chips and salsa, guacamole. very tasty tacos, and also not too expensive."

"I placed an order on their website at around 9:15 pm for pickup at 9:45 pm. My fiance was going to pick it up on his way home from work. He gets to the store at 9:45 sharp and the door is locked. They wouldn't let him pick up our food. They wouldn't even hand it to him through the door. He said the black guy that worked there told him yes you can get it, but the big white guy kept telling him no, don't let him in. I called the store. An employee told me that they stop pickup orders at 9:30 because they close at 10. He didn't know why the website let you schedule past that. His coworker (I assume the big guy) was telling him in the background that they were cleaning up and too bad if they didn't get their food, it's not the end of the world. No it's not the end of the world. But the food is already prepared and paid for. We weren't asking them to stop everything and make us a burrito at 9:55. All we wanted was our bag of food THAT WAS SITTING ON THE SHELF and we would leave them alone. I wish I could give zero stars. But I'm giving them two because two employees were nice and tried to be of some help. The other guy needs a new job. Food service ain't for him. Unfortunately this is the only Qdoba in town. But I recommend steering clear of it."
