"We would never knew about this place if not for our Swiss friends. Hidden away in the vineyards above the Lake Biel (Lac de Bienne,) this small family run restaurant enjoys a unique setting overlooking the lake and St. Peter's Island. Simple but tasty food, filets de féra meunière (whitefish from the lake) are absolutely delicious. Enjoy your meal on the terrace while watching sunset, the views are magnificent."

"After a long pleasant summer stroll along the river Thielle we wanted to refresh ourselves with some sorbet ice-cream. On arrival we sat on a nice table with a lovely view to the river Thielle and waited for 20 minutes for a waitress to arrive. On the entire terrace only 3 other tables where occupied and 3 waiters were standing around and none of them bothered to bring the dessert menu. After 20 minutes we asked if their new concept was self service and then we received the one page dessert menu with horrendous price tags for simple ice cream dishes. As it took us only a couple of minutes to diced which ice cream to choose from, a group of 4 gentlemen arrived at another table an the waitress again did not bother to take our order but instantly attended the table of the four gentlemen. This is why we chose to ignore this restaurant and left. We will only set foot in this restaurant again, once the owner will have changed again. Since the service is that terrible and the price tags exorbitant, it will not take long to loose customers at a speedy rate and to fold down once again this business. Really sad, as the restaurant is set in a nice place with a nice view."

"Beau lieux avec une magnifique terrasse de style italienne. Les pizzas au feux de bois sont très bonnes. Le patron des lieux vient saluer toutes les tables. Il est dommage que quelques serveuses ne soient pas très serviables et limitent "agressives" lorsque la commande est prise."

"C'est vraiment une très belle découverte grâce à ebook-card qui nous l'avait conseillé lors d'une exposition. Le filet de bœuf était d'une tendreté exceptionnel, la présentation superbe, la carte des desserts très rigolote, je vous laisse découvrir je n'en dit pas plus, le dessert magnifiquement présenté, nous avons vu d'autres plats passés et certain même fait devant le client, ça a émoustillés nos papilles du coup nous reviendront très vite faire découvrir ce lieu magique et très bien décoré à nos amis."
