"We were greeted and seated efficiently, the waiter rattled off the menu of the marches quickly in French, once he realized we were English speakers his attitude appeared to change somewhat to indifference bordering on hostile. Our first pick of wine was unavailable. Ok. The appetizer of langoustine salad had a good flavor and was fresh although slightly over cooked. The smoke trout appetizer was on the money though. Both the lamb chops and filet of sole were exceptional. Having to ask for the bill twice, and quite a wait from finishing our mains to being able to leave (well over 45 minutes) was a bit much. We skipped coffee and dessert........there are plenty of better alternatives in tarbes Centre ...l'1time for example"

"Nous sommes venus dîner pour une occasion spéciale.Le lieu est un peu vieillot, dans son jus.La nourriture par contre est bonne, un bémol un peu trop de sel dans le velouté d'entrée. Sinon les cuissons étaient très bien sur tous les plats.C'est de la cuisine familiale et généreuse et nous avons passé un très bon moment."
