"Fort Lauderdale Greek Bakery to Homemade Vegan Entrees This family owned and operated Greek Restaurant , Bakery and Deli is one of my favorite places to have lunch in Fort Lauderdale when I can get here. It's located right on U.S.1 just South of Commercial Blvd. The only thing to know is that the hours of operation are early, not late and they're not opened every day so check their hours of operation before going there. If I were someone who worked in this area I would be eating here every day. I enjoy their homemade soups, variety of vegetarian entrees and the best greek pastries you can buy. This food is made with love and attention to authentic details. I'm a fan of food with spinach like their Spanikopita. This review is making me hungry."

"I'm a gypsy from New York and we know what good food is. I ate on Greek islands in Fort Lauderdale. I'll never go there again, but Greek spices are my new restaurant. Very recommend this place and the service is great. The owner is the largest gentleman in the world. Very nice and very nice. Not like other places here in Florida"

"I used to eat here when the original owner still running the restaurant, they are friendly, clean and very warm nice people with delicious food. Until they sold these to someone else. One day as I like to eat there gyro sandwich, I was waiting on the dinner area where I can see the cashier and the person who makes the sandwich while he was heating the food he took his wallet out of his pocket and took someone spoke foreign language with the cashier which I don't understand but still I'm looking, when he is ready to prepare my sandwich he did not ever took off his gloves and wash his hands and change his gloves, the gloves that he touch his wallet and his money is the same gloves he used to prepare my sandwich, I was so disgusted and gross out he know im watching him but it did not rattle him, he just served me the sandwich put it on the bag and give it to me I did not say anything cause there is nothing to be said about, I just walk away and threw my sandwich the moment I reach home, I never come back and told my friends and family so they will know not to come to that restaurant anymore. Its shame cause the original owner the entire family Mom Dad and a daughter who runs the business before will break there heart if they know the way these people serve there old customers."

"A beautiful family seat on atlantic blvd, a little west of federal hwy. our server explained that everything here is made to order, and the menu is on panels on the wall. we started with a Horiatiki salad with a side of gyro. a large traditional Greek salad with tomato, gurken, olive, green paprika, feta, with oil and balsamico vinegar. the gyro was crispy and seasonally perfect. that is definitiw big enough to share. Chicken souvlaki platter came with 6 pieces spiced chicken on a bed rice with a small salad. you could say it was cooked to order as it was so fresh. this wonderful little restaurant made some of the best, authentic Greek cuisine that I had in one. the atmosphere is cozy, picturesque, and there was a beautiful flow of regular and frequent diners that the owners and knew each other. beautiful charm and excellent eating."

"Thasos is our favorite Greek restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale. Every time we go here it’s always an amazing experience. The fresh seafood food is absolutely delicious. The staff are so polite very attentive. We love Sophia, She has a great personality. We have never ordered or tried a meal that was not fantastic. They have a great Happy Hour Live music on the weekends."
