"Review from March 10 2017 'I eat here at least twice a week and ALWAYS enjoy it. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is always clean, and the food is delicious! Pro Tip: Try the special sauce, the concretes are big enough to share, the conflicted burger is perfect when you can 't decide, and the urban style fries are the best pick! ' UPDATE Aug 29 2017 I still frequent BurgerFI on a weekly basis. My order has changed but the experience is always consistent. The food is always hot and fresh and the staff is still super friendly and greets me by name when I come in. Now I order a double cheese burger and add the free jalapeños. (I get tons of extra special sauce on the side and a large order of cajun fries. It doesn 't matter what part of town I 'm in, I make the drive for my burger fi fix."

"Great place! They will not disappoint if you are craving barbecue. My son and his friends frequent this place and have told us for years how delicious the food is. We just hosted family and friends for his rehearsal dinner and this was one of the options we selected after a taste test by his friends. It was a big hit at the dinner. The pulled pork and shredded chicken were incredibly tender and delicious. We also ordered the potato salad and Mac and cheese as sides. Everything was a hit with our family and friends. If you order large portions from here, the staff is very accommodating. Kelly helped us and was great to work with."

"I absolutely love this place! They have THE BEST grilled chicken tacos i have ever eaten! The pimento cheese appetizer, cucumber salad, and chicken egg roll things are beyond amazing. Margaritas were mixed perfectly. I’ve never had bad service here and I’ve been with just my husband, a group of girls, and a large Christmas party and we’ve always had great food and great service...the staff is always friendly. I love this place and wake up craving the tacos!"

"We have eaten here many times in the past while raising our family. With COVID it has been a while. Very happy to discover the food is still GREAT! LOVE the hamburgers, fried mushrooms, corn poppers and Reuben sandwich!!! Can not beat eating near the airport and the owners are friendly, hard working people dealing with today's economy! Highly recommend!!!"

"The food was super bland. Ordered a burger, no flavor. Ordered the alfredo, no flavor. The drinks were cool. Service was a step above atrocious. Brought me an extra beer that I didn't ask for. Rarely ever checked on me. Waiter was too occupied with flirting with his girlfriend. I paid and tipped anyway. I went to the bathroom for a quick second, came back, and my card and receipt were left right on the table. WTH?!? Atmosphere was decent, except that several kids were running around. I'm sure that on most nights there's a cool place to get some drinks and kick back. Just don't get a table to order some food, and expect to enjoy it nor get good service."
