"We wanted to get some food before we went to our hotel. There's Shark. You have a better choice of seafood than our local franchise and were thrilled to try some. We tried to order some of the things from their menu, but they were either outside or it was no longer on their menu. So we ordered various items, including drinks and paid. But we didn't get the bottles and cups to get our drinks, not to mention ice cream. After that there was no further communication from the checkout. About 20 minutes later we get our food and go back to the hotel room. The food is hot and tastes pretty good with the season they used before it sacks. Definitely better than Long John Silver. I wish the rest of the experience was also positive."

"They would have received zero stars, but I had to choose at least one to review. I ordered a large catfish fillet dinner and a large buffalo rib dinner. I was told that the ribs had three large bones. Not only did it have large bones, but enormous amountsof small bones too. When I tore the ribs apart with my fork the meat was black, brown and tough. I called back and the gentlemanwho works the register and take orders told me that this particular buffalo ribs were suppose to be black, brown or gray. Icalled my sister-in-law who works for food inspection and she advised me that this was a big lie, so I call back to speak withthe manager and advised the gentleman who take orders that the meat of the fish is suppose to be white. I also informed him thatmy sister-in-law works for food inspection. He then changed his tune. Why would they serve customers who frequently supporttheir business bad food? This is what they think about black customers. I will definitely not go back and they will reimburseme. This is ridiculous. I did speak with the manager who agreed to reimburse me for the horrible fish. Stay tuned! Picturescoming."
