"Perhaps the week after lockdown is not the best time to go to a restaurant although I expected one's that should have been of this calibre to at least try and get it right. There was confusion from the outset about the set menu and I am still confused as to why it was not offered as the head waiter later said it would be available. I was offered a watered down version of the casual dining menu which was not what I came for to be honest. Was happy to pay for half a bottle of wine which was at least nice but everything else was a real let down given what I had chosen this restaurant for. Food was 'ok' but nothing more. A real shame"

"Eating was very good, so was the service. the red wine I ordered was not good and gave me a terrible headache. the decor is strange, light blue English style, not Indian at all, it is a bit disturbing / destroying."

"We hired Chop and Chip for our wedding and were extremely happy with the quality of food and experience when organising everything. Bulk food is always tough to do well but the delivered an incredible array of canapes and then BBQ shared platters for the main meal. My particular favourite was the BBQ short rib which was absolutely divine. The crew that turned up on the day definitely went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough for how they made our big day just that little bit easier by reading the vibe of the evening, making decisions when they could and then moving chairs into the tent when it was time for dinner. It was completely out of their remit but they took it upon themselves to do the job and I'm incredibly appreciative of the thoughtfulness. They also left the kitchen in immaculate condition at the end of the evening. I thought they were great value for money and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

"Is definitiw a nice place for some beer after work, but eating is also very nice and not too expensive. the place is usually very full, but they do not have to wait too much to order food and drinks. there is also a place outside where they can smoke and have their drink there."
