"This is a very cool store for health addicts! Options to eat fresh breakfast and lunches at that moment are available. They have the most gluten-free and vegan options I've seen yet at any store. The downfall is how much they want for their items!!! A small loaf of coffee cake was $9.99. The fruit was the best I've seen as well! $10.00 for one batch of strawberries though!"

"I discovered vitamin city when I lived in the lakewood village area of long beach. I suspected that it was a GNC type of location based on the name and probably would never have gone in if someone hadn't told me it was a fully blown health food business. great prices for some of the same things that I buy at whole foods, extensive collection of cervical and vitamin supplements, environmentally friendly household and personal products, lots of vegan and gluten-free foods, and a friendly staff. my only complaint is that the products are often old. I'm glad I found vitamin city."

"We stopped on the way out of the cable to get a healthy breakfast and were not disappointed. I ordered the whole 9 Yards acai bowl and it was great. I just subbed Agave for honey so it was totally vegan. My partner got Mahalo I tried and was very good. They say they try local and organic sources if possible. Support this local business!"

"Absolutely disgusting! It's like rock, as if they made it yesterday. And they can't even give me the correct dressing, I asked for ranch for my salad so I couldn't even eat that. Also $9 for the little salad is sad. Burnt. Dried out. And the other onesoggy AF. First time trying them and NEVER will again. EVER. Photos are exactly how they came to me. Hi"

"I wanted to try this place for a while, now they were closed for Covid, but are open again. I enter shortly before closing and the store is clean and the staff member makes me and Buttercup as we come and offers our questions to answer. I'll let them know we're vegan, so if she sees that we're lost to everything, please let us know and she's happy to help. We get similar bowls, Quinoa and Brown Rice for base roasted vegetables like out (Protean) with up to 5 options. Tomatoes and peppers, cucumbers, hemp seeds, onions and tomatoes. She offers to let us both dressings try. So we get Avocado and Lime Cilantro Vinaigrette to go. The food filled and made me feel happy and good. From the two dressings we both enjoyed the avocado above the calcareous zalantro."
