"The name fish temple is truly chosen for this restaurant located directly on the pier of the Travemünder Fischer. Shortly the distance between food products and processors can hardly be. The culinary focus of the menu is certainly not to be explained in more detail: everything other than fish and seafood is fed up and a few more North German classics would be a disappointment. On the other hand, during my visit I was tempted by a meal from the daily offer: the “filled octopus with salad and bread”. As mentioned above, I wanted to make a change from garlic to a black bread, which was also done without price change. Filled otopods with salad and black bread. The small octopods were filled in Mediterranean style with tomatoes, green olives and garlic. Fortunately, he wasn't rubber-like, but he could have been a bit more tender. Fortunately, well-perceivable red staromas were not saved, although I personally like to have a few more than too little. The filling was juicy and spicy for my taste, only the garlic maybe a little too dominant. So it wasn't the worst decision to give up another overload through a garlic bread. ; The supplemental salad, in which all components were fresh and crisp, could also convince. Kohlrabi, red beds and carrots of different colours were draped with the spiral cutter. To this end, a garlic dressing could be portioned according to its own gusto (fortunately: for the octopods already delivered more than enough of its aroma. The black bread was a convenience product, but also not as homemade, and therefore acceptable. This daily dish hit with 14.5 € to beech. On the other hand, in my opinion, quality and quantity (at many there would certainly have been only a single octopus copy, here there were three already just, even if there was no revelation and it was possible to let the garlic dose share its environment for a long time. As mentioned in the title, you do not have to “advise” the “fishing temple” and its offer, but you can still hope that you get good quality and good service for the required price."

For me, in order to try out the quality of the snack offered here, it should, of course, be somewhat more unusual, with the Bruscetta interpretation of the baked bread rolls most interested me. For 7.0€, this was even brought to me after about 5 10 minutes. So it is already positive that the dishes are prepared for order and are not prepared for long. Backfisch Bruscetta in Sesam Burgerbrötchen with classic remoulade, tomatoes, rocket and balsamico cream. At first I was surprised by the portion size, handy served in the dish. This once justified the higher than usual price of 7.0 €. Bruscetta therefore does not refer to the baked goods that I could hardly imagine for the baked fish on baguette slices. Nevertheless, Sesam Burger Brötchen was already convinced with fresh volatility and still slightly crispy. This quality was also the fried seaweeder (as almost always here a seaweed with juice and remarkably cheerful breakdown in good proportion in nothing. The classic baked fish craftsmanship is therefore definitely dominated here and with the fresh preparation will be a preferred choice in the area of fish snacks. What was the Bruscetta hat? Backfisch Bruscetta in Sesam Burgerbrötchen with classic remoulade, tomatoes, rocket and balsamico cream. Even if the guest contact wanted to have something more than the most remote level of a fast snack, the employees did not convey a negative mood. Culinaryly my “Backfisch Bruscetta” entered this front midfield. The price of 7 € was justified both by portion size, freshness and quality of the classic components. But it was not possible to achieve a profit through the “Bruscetta Interpretation”. But as a tourist as a local, you don’t make anything wrong for me if you prefer the “Fish Concept” for a rest in the city hectic and bushy to other snacks."
