The service is smiling and attentive.Nems and boiled vapours in the entrance: it is fresh, homemade and very good. black garlic-poivre shrimps then: excellent! beautiful shrimps, well seasoned and successful cooking. The pho is also a real success. Only flat: prices, high. especially on wines with glass (6 to 8€ for very basic type of rhône or white mâcon). fortunately we have benefited from a discount the -30% fork that makes the note less salty."

"We spent an afternoon learning how to make a unique pastery. Great fun and the finished product was pretty good too.In Cuisine is actually a small tea cafe, library, bookstore and cooking equipment shop. All the products are first class and not overly expensive. The location is next to Bellecour so parking may be a challenge. This was a great experience."

"We didn’t know the establishment at all, that we chose on the fork, so that it was not our surprise when we arrived and discovered the face of the chef already in real, there, who welcomes us and serves us, but also stamped everywhere, on flyers, books, so much so there is. it would seem that fabrice bonnot is known, hold it to you to say.Bref, the welcome is pleasant, the decoration is original and tasteful. we come to the menu and choose the formula at 67 euros, but I ask not to have mussels in one of the dishes and there: uncomfortable, the chef (who also plays the servers but who forgets the cocktails that he has vanished seems upset by my request but eventually make me understand that he will access it, without we being sure. The reaction is curious and unheard of.For dishes, everything is delicious, it is a florilège of succulent dishes that we enjoyed: the sauce with the mussels was replaced for an orange sauce to my full satisfaction and gratitude. everything succeeds in a sustained and pleasant rhythm, no useless slowness. the wines offered are in perfect agreement with the flavors. The only flat we have found is the quantity: very generous (on the emulsion of the egg it is becoming annoying one. We finish this pleasant meal repused and happy! and wish to thank the [real] sommelier for his finesse and humour."
