"The views are fantastic and the check in staff is great. Unfortunately there were two problems: room cleaning and lost/steel passes. The floors were not clean when we checked in, so we asked the cleaning staff to come. When she arrived, we were told that she made the room clean, but that she would sweep again. The carpet was extremely dirty, so we asked the cleaner to bring a vacuum. We left the room, took our valuables to clean them. When we came back, the floors were not a cleaner. I called and asked a vacuum and mop to clean me. Many of the pillows were not clean and we finally rolled the carpet and put it under the bed. We had left our passports in the room while it was cleaned. We couldn't find our passports. It is impossible to be sure what happened to our passports, but according to our knowledge this was the only time someone was in our room. The incident was reported to the local police. We had to delay our flights to receive emergency IDs. I called General Manager, Ryan to explain the situation and ask for a free night while we wait. Ryan refused to take responsibility on the part of the resort and would not offer a free night stay."

"The flambe French toast was the best breakfast we've ever experienced. Lisa's is amazing, the atmosphere, wonderful food made from scratch and great service. Those people that are giving less than 5 stars are complaining about price and waiting. It's too small to wait inside and the price is the price. That's what you get when you eat scratch food. If you want cheap, go to ihop. Lisa's coffee was amazing too! Great adult drinks!"

"That was my first visit and the food was soooo good that I still dream about it! I had a Bloody Mary that was on the point (I am also very picky about her) and a beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef beef! I had a Frisco melt and house Fries and holy cow, so good!!! Recommend to stop in this little jewel! The owner, Lisa, puts her heart and soul in this place and you can say it!"
