"Ordered 4 cupcakes and they were all beautifully decorated. Very moist and soft cakes with abundant frosting. For the price I expected more. They are just simple subtle flavors with overly sweet frosting. It’s nice as a one time experience but I don’t see myself craving their cupcakes."

"I'm only reviewing the ice cream side and not the food items (sandwiches, pizzas, etc.)Ice cream is good. Rich, some creamy, and others feel a bit granulated (as if melted and frozen again). Their portion sizes for an ice cream scoop (2-3 scoops) really varies by worker and ice cream flavour you choose.Decent amount of seating, but I don't recommend coming in groups larger than 4-6.Pricing is clear and labelled, although their TV can go through the slideshow of options and prices a bit too fast, however I think they also carry hand held menus. Inflation goes hard for these prices though.The only real complaints I have are the food line and ice cream line merge weirdly at the cashier. I wish it was clearer. Also when getting the ice cream out, some flavours are harder to scoop out than others on different days. I wish they were transparent rather than watching 3-4 workers taking their turns at it while I wait without explanation for a while when my friends have already gotten theirs."

"The sandwich was delicious I love that they use romaine lettuce. I used to work near another shop that served Boars Meat and I miss that type of lunch so im very glad to have found this store!"

"This is the second time that I drove out of my way to this place and closed them early. If your hours have changed, update them to Google! Feel very frustrated, and do not want to leave a bad review, but it is not so hard to get up to date for your customers. So? Why are they closing before lunch? A bagel shop!"

"Congratulations on the new space-it exceeds all expectations! Last night we had a bottle of the Populis-macerated chardonnary from Mendocino County-2021 vintage. It drank even better on day 2. Wow. This wine was amazing on its own and really sang with the Trieste style jota I love to pair with orange wines like this when fall turns cool. Thanks for stocking this gem and keep the natty skin contact wines and especially orange wines coming please and thank you."

"After making a trip to Madison yesterday to shop at Lush, I decided to get coffee before the drive home. Crescendo was recommended. I’d like to give 5/5 stars for the coffee but the 2 is the overall average for my coffee and experience. The experience was so bad I almost turned around to give my coffee back…The coffee was wonderful. I ordered a 20oz raspberry late with oat milk, no foam. Their espresso is smooth and delicious. No complaints.As for the service. Yuck. I approached the counter friendly with a smile but was not greeted. I asked the girl assisting me if the syrups for the lates were vegan and her response was, “I don’t know…”. She seemed irritated. She looked at one of the syrups and told me, “I guess so.” I had to confirm and be certain since she was unsure.Besides the fact that she was someone who did not want to be bothered, I found it extremely odd that she didn’t know if the syrups were vegan because they had vegan food on their menu. Not just an item with no meat or dairy but with tofu.When my drink was ready I grabbed it and thanked the girl who made it. I received the eye roll. She heard me. I thanked her again. She said nothing.I don’t know what’s wrong with the staff here but I don’t care how good the coffee is… it’s not worth the b*tchy service. Unbelievable.Dietary restrictions: Vegan"
