"I haven't had Peruvian food since leaving the NY/NJ metro area 6 years ago. I was pleasantly surprised to find this place and figured I'd give it a try. The restaurant itself was modest and clean. Staff were friendly. The volume of the music was just a bit too loud, but the restaurant is in a college area so, perhaps, I'm just old. 3 of us got chicken dishes and one got the pork. All of the meat was well cooked and seasoned. While the food was very good, the beans were barely above room temperature. I know if I lived/worked in the area, this would be one of my regular spots for a meal."

"I stopped in for a snack with friends the other day, and overall we were happy with the friendly service and the food accommodation. The waiter made sure my empanadas were vegetarian and one of my friends was without vegetables. They were seasoned liberally and crisp to perfection. Their house sauce was okay, but I couldn't get enough of their spicy sauce. For the price, I left pretty full."

"I stopped by here to grab an empanada for lunch one day and was extremely pleased with the service, the food, and the price. The owner was really sweet and made my empanada fresh to order. There was a lot of spinach in it, which was exactly what I wanted. For only $3, it was a steal! I'll definitely be back again."
