"My boy and I go every time we have the occasion, we love the gyozas and the chicken fried ramen. We usually go at night, which is usually less full."

"If you get the ramen is your place, a soup with noodles to comfort the soul, like a Zen act, you sobering noodles, in my case I asked for the tannmen, spicy with a very rich broth"

"Excellent service, fast and effective; fantastic sides (gyoza and absolutely delicious roasted eel skewers); though counterbalanced by some rather average ramen and mildly-lacking cleanliness. The staff is knowledgable about the menu and eager to help out however they can. Although the noods in it are a little on the thick side, the volcanic ramen is quite nice and extra chili oil is available on request. Overall, decent value for money."

"Today madrid is in the middle of Asian food madness, so always Chinese and very expensive sushi restaurants, with more streets and authentic offers such as ramen, bao bowls, dimsum and bahn mi. the zone zero of this rebirth of Asian food in madrid is the bar chuka ramen, a restaurant of ramen with class but without pretensions located a few steps from the neighborhood of the lyrics. the menu is the Japanese fusion, not super authentic but very tasty. snacks range from tofu to fresh oysters, plus bao bowls full of bao panceta and gyozas full of combinations such as scams and butifarra or cocoa mushrooms. the most popular ramen dish is, without a doubt, the shoyu ramen, a large bowl of dashi broth enriched with tasty mushroom enokitake, a piece of panceta, stools and a cooked egg. That's what we asked when we were there and went, far away, the best ramen I've ever tried in Madrid (which, we're going to be jotos, it's not hard to get! . the stock was very tasty, the noodles were perfectly tender and the panceta melted in the mouth. while we order the bao full of pork and hoisin sauce. It was a wonder, but the best part was the texture of the bread, not too sticky and not too abundant as it often happens in many restaurants in Madrid with the desire to rise to the bao fashion without having worked all the textures first. Finally, make sure you book before you leave. the restaurant is quite small and very popular, so if you want to get a table on a weekend night, you have to go or very early or book with a day or two in advance. Even if you're not hungry, I suggest you go for a drink. They have a very creative menu of cocktails that seems very interesting like for example a sochu agrio made with Japanese rice liqueur and yuzu and mujitos with perilla leaves, to name some."

"It was a really good place to have some quick food. Also, the service was great and not that long of a wait for the food. I had the classic bao, it was SO GOOD also the mushroom Ramen. Definitely recommend this place for lunch/dinner if you are craving any Asian food at the moment."
