"I had the misfortune to attend a family member's birthday dinner at the King Street Pizza Hut last night. I never expected a gourmet experience, but I have never encountered such a catalogue of errors in my life.After a lengthy wait, we all ordered wine, only to be informed that there weren't enough wine glasses for everyone. One of us volunteered to have the proferred tumbler, but when all the glasses were brought to the table, everyone was lumbered with a tumbler. I asked a waiter whether there were any wine glasses at all and eventually managed to procure two. Not only does drinking wine from a tumbler look inelegant and ruin the taste of the wine, but it also makes it very difficult to judge how much you are drinking.Throughout the first part of the meal, a member of staff was wandering through the back part of the restaurant with bags full of rubbish. The door had been wedged open, exposing us to the freezing temperature outside, and most of us had to put our coats on simply to be comfortable.I took great care to make sure I chose a meal that was suitable for my dietary needs as a vegan. Unfortunately, our waitress was clueless and unable to help me, but another waiter quickly stepped in and provided a booklet containing nutritional information about each dish. Sadly, this was the closest we got to good service. I chose potato wedges with sweet chilli sauce to start, and arrabiata pasta for the main. Amusingly, the witless waitress was unable to pronounce the names of a number of dishes and confirmed one of the birthday boy's pizza toppings as Pepperami'. He is a bit of an animal, I suppose...Towards the end of the first course (which I would wager tasted pretty similar to their pizza boxes), the waitress started clearing people's plates before everyone had finished eating. She was also talking about the main courses being ready before I and the birthday boy himself had even finished our starters.The most serious error, however, was with my main course. My arrabiata arrived and I began eating it. After a few mouthfuls, I spotted what looked at first glance like an oddly-shaped piece of pasta. Only it wasn't pasta. It was a prawn. Not only am I vegan, but I'm allergic to prawns. After the trouble that had been taken to choose something suitable for me, I was aghast at their incompetence. The waitress was apologetic, and they did bring me another portion (sans prawns), but the fact remains that the situation should never have arisen.Once again, plates were cleared before we had all finished eating, which made me feel even more rushed to eat my meal more quickly than I already did after the prawn problem.The staff were very friendly, but this quality was unfortunately not enough to counter their myriad mistakes. Needless to say, I begrudged paying and we didn't stay for dessert. Never again!"

"I can see why jamies italian never made it completely. the competition in this area is enormous; the likes of the Italian chain restaurant pizza express offer excellent environments to enjoy quality food. as its name list says that it offers pizzas, Neapolitan style, in all its favorite tastes. also pizza express offers a series of exciting non-pizza dishes, e.g. hiumi bites, arancini. eating is tailored to their nutritional requirements, vegan and vegetarian can “fill their boots”. I love the prestigeinner of the maidstone operation. it is huge with a prominent staircase of the reception area. service is professional and accurate; given its size it is a great place for groups, especially families."

"Some dominos are hit and miss, on the beats economical, dry or almost cold in delivery. not so the Barming Square. The pizzas are almost always hot, with many toppings. I often get used to my pizzas and they always turn with exactly what I wanted, and they often do offers and promotions that take away pizza cheaper. the delivery is fast and I have only ever offered a problem with a delivery (damaged) big dip) the supplier to go back and get a replacement, but it seemed trivial. but he offered. one of the best dominos places I tried and I tried a few!"

"Placed an order from Italiano's Pizza for delivery on Friday 15th november at roughly 23:00 to pay cash. I then realised I had left my wallet at work and called them back straight away and the man on the phone was incredibly rude telling me I was going to be on a blacklist for this! It was a simple error and I called to explain, why it was necessary to be aggressive and threatening on the phone i dont understand. Dont order from here, even if i wasn't now blacklisted I certainly wouldn't be going back."

"Had 2 mixed kebabs delivered yesterday. Ordered salad with both and only got one lot and that was less than minimal. No chillies either. Meat was much less than usual and borderline rancid. Spent all night with the toilet and having to take a day off today with ongoing what I think is food poisoning. Would expect a refund but can't be bothered as unlikely to happen. Will never buy there again!"
