"I've had several bad experiences here from cold food to just plain rude service. Today we decided to order Rubens rather than cook a full dinner and members of my household had to work anyway. The girl on the phone was rude in her tone as if she was annoyed. The food itself was mediocre. The club sandwich we ordered was listed on menu as having ham, turkey, bacon, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. What we got was missing both the ham and the cheese. The Rubens were also completely dry on the edges and soaked in the middle. Seemed like the meat itself was dry and lead me to believe it was canned.."
