"Service was not there, they was only 8 tables in altogether yet had to ask to be served when we wanted more drinks and dessert. Only 1 person ask if anything was okay, 2 minutes into us having main. It took that long to be able to get someone to come over. As soon as I start to write this review a member of staff saw me doing it and then wanted to know why I was doing a review. Why do you think? That really topped off tonight was the fact when it came to discount I was question so much about them. The manager told me I could have them but then a server telling me I can't. What the hell. Can you start to make sure all the server are on the same line. A very unhappy experience for my birthday. Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Atmosphere: 1"

"Been a while since our last visit. Shown to table quickly but a little slow coming to take our order. Pizza arrived quickly and very tasty. The staff could do with a look up when travelling back to the kitchen to see if anyone wants something else."

"Went there on Saturday evening (26th November) with a friend. This place had all the anbience of a motorway service station! In addition it was terrible value for money. The beer was £4.59 for 330 cl. The pizzas were similarly expensive. When they arrived the bases were soggy and the toppings tasteless. The knives were blunt making cutting very difficult. No pizza wheel was provided. There were no chilli oils or other accoutrements found in proper pizza restaurants. And we had to search after the meal to find someone to pay. We left vowing never to go there again!"

"Booked here for my 60th meal with 18 family and friends on Saturday 28 mai 2022. the staff was polite and fast. the food was excellent. we all had a 3-course menu and was worthy of the geldes."

"Had a lovely time at this Frankie Benny's. Decent food, standard for what you expect from a family restaurant. However, it's the staff that really make it. Visiting a Frankie Benny's in London on a quiet afternoon and the staff were cold and negligent. In this one, despite being a busy Xmas Eve, the staff were consistently warm and attentive. We felt well taken care of throughout the meal. Especially great were our waitress Michelle, and Vicky the bartender did a great job with the cocktails. We really appreciated the effort on a day where I'm sure they would all rather be home with their families."

"We usually go to BB's Italian at least once a month but sometimes more often both as a couple and as a group and have never been disappointed. The staff are lovely and welcoming, food good value and tasty. Also good for a cheeky mid week take out"

"My 6oth birthday meal with family and friends . There was a group of 18 of is including 4 children everything was excellent seating arrangements getting the table set for us banners and balloons . Service was very good just a few had starters but main course was prompt and everybody enjoyed it . When my birthday cake arrived with candles on the staff had put a large sparkler candle on that was an added extra the kids loved it. Prices are a little bit more but worth it our 4th visit will definitely return"
