"Showed up Friday early evening and all the doors were locked and a customer had to let us in. Great! Only one person in front of us who had been through the drive thru trying to get there order corrected. After 5 minutes of standing in warm stale airand observing the movement behind the counter I knew I had made a mistake. Went to Culver?s and enjoyed a good meal."

"Usually I don?t write reviews online, but I feel this is an important instance to address. Yesterday, March 13th, two of my friends and I decided to stop at the Maple Grove Jamba Juice location for some smoothies. There were signs posted everywhere signifying that there was only one blender available for use, so we should expect longer wait times. No one in the shop seemed to have any problem with this EXCEPT one of the employees working. I believe her name was Bella. She was extremely rude to customers and her coworkers. She would roll her eyes and loudly sigh when customers would ask questions. She was also yelling at her coworkers about how they were being slow and how they needed to figure out how to work on more than one smoothie at a time. She also loudly spoke about how there was less than an hour until the store closed and they needed to get ahead and start cleaning up. It made the environment very uncomfortable for both her coworkers and the customers in the shop. There were several moments where other customers and I would share uncomfortable glances and gestures about Bella?s words and actions. I understand customer service jobs can be very stressful at times, but I believe in this industry one needs to hold themselves accountable for how they present themselves and the company they represent. The actions displayed by this one employee ruined the experience for me, and I felt terribly for her two coworkers."

"The ice is good, but completely overpriced for what you get. Two children's cone and a small adult cone for twenty three dollars... The mix-ins are absurd with 89 cents per slipper like a sprinkle of sprinkles, a few rubber bears, two or three ores, a few chocolate chips... It's just a joke. And the cones are also overpriced. Is there an almost 8 dollar share of children?"

"I went to this place and there was this beautiful kuril brown hair girl that was so helpful and sweet. she was so pleasant to speak and had some great suggestions! the mid-meer was so good! that was really one of the best pizzas I had. definitiw soon back, whoever this girl needs an increase! great customer service!"

"I used to love ordering from Zupas. This Maple Grove location in particular however has really started to decline in service level quality. The last 3 visits I've made have resulted in order mix ups and salads that barely have any toppings. This is not a review for a one-off visit issue but rather what I recognize as a trend now, unfortunately. Hope they're able to get it together soon."
