"During this visit I was most impressed as I would expect from all their restaurants. the most delicious chicken sandwich I've ever had. they always have super customer service. “My Pleasure” the restaurant is always clean. they have a play area for younger children 54 large or less. I tried her dietary limmonade for the first time. Very good. our family are regular customers and has never been disappointed."

"Food was good, great actually, but the service is horrific. If you have somewhere to be 30 mins after you get there go somewhere else. The place wasn't even busyTook 10 mins to order a simple order and took what felt like a year to cook it. For being as staffed as they were they really need a new manager to teach them that they don't work at a restaurant and a wait time like that is unacceptable."

"The visit took place on Monday, January 16, 2023. I was not very impressed with the service. We were a party of five but the host only provided two napkin settings. I observed that another party was shorted on this front as well. The server had zero enthusiasm and energy and appeared to only want to do the bare minimum. It 's very hard to connect with someone like that when you know they don 't have your back. I do not like roasting individuals on here and I love to give them the benefit of the doubt. So I want to say that the system and management is ultimately to blame. I 'm pretty impressed with the food but not the prices. At least our check was correct and you can 't argue with kids eat free ."

"The shrimp tacos were very good! Drinks were pretty good also. The menu is boring and run of the mill. However, people must really like how the food is prepared because this place was packed. Not sure I would put this restaurant at the top of my list of must return to restaurants, but it's a good back up if my favorite places are not available."

"I used to love ordering from Zupas. This Maple Grove location in particular however has really started to decline in service level quality. The last 3 visits I've made have resulted in order mix ups and salads that barely have any toppings. This is not a review for a one-off visit issue but rather what I recognize as a trend now, unfortunately. Hope they're able to get it together soon."

"In my opinion Freddy's has the best California style steak burgers available here in Minnesota. They are the closest thing to an In-n-Out style burger that you will be able to find in the Midwest. So juicy and fresh it just melts in your mouth. There are a few locations around; my first time being at this particular one i noticed it was a little untidy. The dining area was looking really rough with unclean tables and food on the floor.This is just a minor detail and didn't affect the quality of the food at all."
