"Went into Westwood Cross costa (CT10 2BF) wanting to use the pocket saver but was told that that branch was not participating in that offer. That was strange as they normally participate in all the offers. I though thats fine I got a free drink ill use that instead and ordered a frappe. When they tried to serve me the drink they served it in a small glass. They explained to me thats how they normally serve it when drinking in. I never had it in a glass and didn't accept this and asked for a plastic cup as advertised. I can tell they didn't want to do it but after a pause they went ahead and poured the frappe into a plastic cup but it wasn't enough to fill the cup. So they had to make more. After I checked their document of participating shops in the pocket saver deal. And found that that particular store was on the list. So not only did they refuse the offer costa was giving me but they tried to shortchanged me on a drink. I dont mind drinking it from a glass but I do mind if they give me less than what it is supposed to be."

"What should I say? really good experience. great customer service from all employees and I was served on the other day by a new young man named kieron and he was very pleasant and gave me what I wanted very quickly, but the manager is very gruesome and I heard her talk with her staff. very rude and something I would not deal with"

"We stopped here for espresso as we couldn't seem to find anywhere nearby that sold good quality coffee. Really good coffee and lovely millionaire shortbread. Although it was very busy, the seating was nice, surrounded by interesting, good quality items to buy. The only thing I didn't like was that you had to go to the counter to order pay, but the coffees food were delivered to your table, so part table service."

"The most beautiful coffee shop in margate! relaxed, friendly atmosphere, the most homemade cakes and (as the name already says) correct coffee! Nothing is too much annoying! also used to make cakes for special occasions the best gift for this "unpossible to buy for ' person! recently as incredibly described! and it is independent!"
