"The hotel is a total let down. I stayed for a night thinking it’s a good place but was disappointed. The hot and cold shower is not working, pool is dirty. Bed is also dirty, the top linen is clean but the bed itself has dirt and insects. I wasn’t able to sleep at all! And for breakfast, the staff is very noisy. Their breakfast opens at 6:30. Because I got no sleep, of course I am early. But I waited until 6:30. To my surprise, they don’t have the foods cooked yet. They offer complimentary coffee (a 3 in 1) or a hot chocolate (Milo). I picked coffee. And they didn’t even bothered to serve me the coffee while waiting for the meal to be cooked. I asked for the meal to be delivered to my room instead and they asked in return for a 20 pesos “service fee”. BS. Attached is the image of their breakfast This took them 30 minutes to prepare. Best to stay away from this hotel. This is a total let down. pros: there is a live band. However, there’s also a nearby place to hangout."
