"Our reservation was for 5 PM as so the restaurant was very quiet. The air-conditioning was blasting but we were readily accommodated in our request to modify it. The prices were comparable to similar restaruants. The appetizer ordered was arancini which was tasty but could have used a bit more cheese filling. The amount of wine in the wine by the glass was quite reasonable. One dish ordered was the pasta carbonara $19). On the menu, the dish comes with bucatini but tagliatelle was requested there is no spaghetti and the linguine is spinach linguine). It was as if the egg yolks were not cooked enough as the pasta coating was described as sticky . The other order was for tagliatelle bolognese $18). This is the proper pasta but the sauce was more like a red sauce with meat. There was too much tomato and the taste of milk or cream was lacking to me."

"I really love this place. The couple that runs the store are some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. The pizza is fantastic! So many varieties. The pizza is a bit on the expensive side if you get the gourmet varieties. If you order a more traditional pie its much cheaper, I think they've even got a lunch special during the week where you can get 2 slices of pepperoni or cheese for 5 or 6 bucks. That said, you'll really want to get a specialty pizza. My biggest complaint is that their hours are odd. They keep separate winter hours and the hours on Google are wrong right now. I suggested an edit but I've placed the winter hours below as well. Tues.-Thurs.11-9 Fri. 11-10 Sat. 3-10 Sun. 3-9 It's a bummer they aren't open for lunch on the weekends. Their website lists different hours than are posted on the door. Those might be the summer hours. If so, they are open for lunch on the weekends during the summer. The confusion about the hours is my only real complaint. This a a great little store and a nice piece of the Mason community."

"They were very busy. They took my order as soon as I came in. It was a 20 minute wait for a large carry out pizza with 6 toppings.I wanted more toppings but they said I could not have more then 6. The last time I ordered a pizza from Larosas, I was able to order extra toppings for an additional charge."
