"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WALKING IN HERE! They are unorganized, unclean, and so not care about good customer service. Got there walking in behind two other couples in front of us to be seated. Stood at desk waiting for hostess to greet and take names. Hostess was TERRIBLE! She was slow to acknowledge all parties them says give her a minute to get tables cleaned off and will be 10 min. 10min turned into 20 min before she finally had thought to come write names down for seating. All while others come in, a party of 6. She takes names in order them says give her 15 min and everyone will be seated. Takes her the 15min before she wipes table down then seats the party of 6 before others waiting first. Then finally seats all other groups but only wiping table down as she seats the group. So nothing has been done during the wait time. Several others tables passed in building were filthy. Customers already eating and seated were complaining about service and dirtiness surrounding them. Hostess kept complaining of a hearing problem and was unable to offer wait times for take out orders or seating. Several Uber Eats delivery guys were turned away with no idea of when orders would be ready! JUST CRAZY ENVIRONMENT"

"I love this place. We often visit here as you can see that I had to get a box. That was my first time I tried the flounder and shrimp, there were two flounder and eight shrimps for $20. The drinks are always good. Waiting staff is great! Shout to Zaviah tonight she was AWESOME! As usual, I'm back! Great meeting place!"

"I did take out one night while my wife was working late and she enjoyed the food. Couple of nights later and wife and I went and dined in food tasted good but all of a sudden I had a very nauseous feeling and the front door was closer than the bathroom. I left the restaurant and lost my entire dinner. Couple of nights. Later my wife wanted to try it again. This time she came home and had a case of diarrhea. We will not be going back ?"

"Our table wait staff was very respectful. She appeared to want to do her best. And was proficient at her work. There were 3 in our party. Afterward, two of the three of us received our food. My wife did not receive anything. After my wife waited for at least 10-15 minutes after everyone else was served she stated that if she had to wait much longer, she will be canceling her order.She had already had a difficult week. She was looking to relax and eat.I took that as a Call to action I asked to speak with the manager.The manager happened to be Mark the owner.He offered nothing regarding my question as to why my wife was offered no updates about her food delivery time, or whether she would ever receive it in the 1st place.He, at first was very respecrful, but eventually seemed condescending to me; albeit, I was not especially happy in my statements to him.He asked me my name. I refused to give it.Our waitress instructed me to pay at the front desk.However, subsequently, she took my signed credit card receipt, with my name on that receipt, herself.I thought this was strange since I was told previously to pay at the front desk.I later wondered whether this was an attempt for Mark to determine, covertly, my name.Nevertheless, do not visit this specific location. I've been to other Famous Toastery's with much better food.I hope the best for our hardworking, proficient, kind waitstaff employee who served us. She always had a smile on her face.Not sure whether I wish the same for Mark.It's a franchise; therefore, I may give a call to corporate whom Mark gave me permission to do"
