"Having exited this establishment with a cooking and a hotel and catering course I will tell you from my point of view that teachers are great and accompany young people super well. boarding school is super good quality and comfort. the only problem I regret is a cpe and some supervisors who are incompetent and who do not deserve their place but the rest is great. the restaurant is of an irreproachable hygiene and the atmosphere is nice. This high school is worth a shot for your child who would like to do the job of the kitchen or the profession of the service."

"During my summer holiday in Mazamet, my family brought me to La Gazelle when they knew that I would live her and they were completely right. The food was absolutely glorious and the service was very good. Lunch was pretty quiet, so we had the room pretty... very much to ourselves. We had 4 records of mise-en-bouche and I chose the lamb cousin for main. I was totally clogged and couldn't finish it. Great discovery and I would definitely recommend. The only small complaint would be that it is quite expensive."

"Fresh products, lots of flavors and spices! we tasted the poke bowl land and sea it was very good fresh and rich in flavor. This is all home! for dessert the oriental pastries are succulent! and the little very nice details a cup of Moroccan tea offered! Anyway, it's perfect! A real treat!"

"We stayed at the nearby Villa de Mazamet (which is fabulous) and had dinner here one evening. We had the grazing menu (7 courses) and it was simply sublime. Can't recommend it highly enough!"
