"Well this underground temple to meat promised so much. The dark, Moody atmosphere and friendly service lifted my expectations. The waiter suggested the burnt bits as an entree which is the extra charred ends of the meat. It was rich, fatty and rather good but way too heavy. I couldn't finish it. For main I had the brisket which again was very heavy but half was way too dry. Again I couldn't finish it. For a meat specialty house, it just missed the mark."

"What a quirky, charming big room! Absolutely loved everything about this café! Your outdoor and indoor area is dog friendly and the waiters ensured that my pup had a water bowl nearby. Ordnete a chai latte and was tried to get another after my meal too! My breakfast was delicious, just the right amount and was presented beautifully. The fat-cut bacon was on the spot! Parking can be a little tricky here, but to check it is this place worth it! Also easy access to public transport. Come on!"

"Went here for a quick bite before grabbing drinks. Saw fried pickles and knew we had to get some! We were so excited but when they came out, they were PAPER THIN and had no pickle inside. Just really salty fried crumbs....really disappointing. And they...were $7 which we thought was quite high, regardless of the poor quality! BUT we also got buffalo wings and they were great. The staff seemed really nice and the vibe was good. Just don 't get fried pickles! Picture below is of the fried pickles"

"Came here before a dance class with a few others. Meals were around $22 but you could get a small plate also which was good as we where off to dance didn't want much. Veggie friendly and decent."
