"I ordered the Eggs Benedict and there was maybe 2 tablespoons of sauce on it. leaving it mostly dry with the exception of whatever yolk I could salvage. The taste is there when you actually find a bite with sauce. Its good. just not thorough."

"I was at a golf outing in Sussex and Smoke 225 was the catering truck. I have never tried collards before but I was eating everything given to me. To skip to the end, I am at the same outing a year later and traded the rest of my lunch in the foursome for everyone's collared greens. The bbq is outstanding, but the love and taste of these greens are a life changing experience. The owners are humble but at the top of their craft. If you are not a bbq fan, they will convert you."
