"Only thing to complain about is that I hope this location would consider becoming a stand alone such as the pewaukee location. Much more parking would be available and having a drive thru would be accommodating for those who are in a rush."

"I was at a golf outing in Sussex and Smoke 225 was the catering truck. I have never tried collards before but I was eating everything given to me. To skip to the end, I am at the same outing a year later and traded the rest of my lunch in the foursome for everyone's collared greens. The bbq is outstanding, but the love and taste of these greens are a life changing experience. The owners are humble but at the top of their craft. If you are not a bbq fan, they will convert you."
