"I visited family from the west coast and I brought them to Boulevard for lunch. We had a wonderful time and our server Rachel went beyond and beyond with service, recommendations, courtesy and professionalism. The food was delicious and filled most. My French 75 was fantastic. We had the best time."

"I usually come here at least once a week and always have a good service and an excellent meal. tonight everything changed. the hostess kayla was completely rude and unprofessional because she did not know the menu and gave us false information. So I can only imagine if people call on the phone to order. she rolled her eyes and just walked away when someone talked to her because she didn't want to acknowledge that she was wrong after we sat almost an hour outside waiting for our food. I and my man come here all the time well enough that I don't have to look at the menu to tell them what's on it. are not hostesses required to know the menu? this job requires knowledge about the menu and good customer service skills, of which they are lacking in both areas, and I hope if we return because we will return, we do not have to have any talks with it at all."
