"Great food and friendly employees but the new kiosk system is terrible. It is super-slow, and the orders need to be double-checked by customers (mine had no sauce! If the customer experience doesn’t improve dramatically, we will be removing CupBop from our list of favorites."

"Just like many fast food restaurants in Utah the quality of the food goes down after a couple of years. I've noticed that cupbop food quality has gone down and prices have gone way up ! 17 dollars for a meal? Definitely feels like I was just robbed. Better to get a buffet pass at King Buffet off state Street for 17 bucks. Very disappointed in a once incredible dining experience. These cafeteria set ups like cup bop and Zao are a ripoff"

"Decided to try this place out was very happy I did! The restaurant was busy but still had fast, friendly very helpful service. The food was great! Out of the couple Korean BBQ spots I've been to here in Utah, this is definitely my favorite. All the meats were quality, tasty had great portions. My only suggestion or hope would be that they offered more side dish options. Will definitely be back!"

"We used to go to So Grill regularly but have not been for a while. Unfortunately, it seems to have gone down hill since our last visit. The tables and the grills were dirty and the area to get your sauces and utensils was dirty. We have loved getting the salmon in the past but when we ordered it this time whatever we received looked terrible. We were not sure what it was but it most certainly did not look like salmon filets. The service is fine but it seems like they are running low on quality supplies and when it is even a little busy most of the appetizers and better meats take a while to arrive at the table. Overall, our experience was so poor we will probably not be going back any time soon."

"Wow. These guys know how to make a great potsticker. We tried the sweet corn, the beef and the pig belt. We also had the ham of fried rice, kimchi, the daily special. Legit was great. The service was great. Ingredients were clearly fresh! The pot stickers were so good I was sad I ordered only 8! Haha. The outer pastry was crispy on the bottom and edges, soft on the sides, the perfect thickness. Not too thick, not so thin, it's flimsy. The fillings were good. We ate them so fast I forgot to take photos, haha. Really any taste I think everyone would enjoy if you hate corn If you do that, just choose different from the sweet corn. If you like corn, it's a great choice. I really liked it with the cattle. Both sauces for diving were delicious, the pale sweet sauce was particularly amazing with the maize potters. The ham of fried rice was incredibly delicious. The rice was sticky moist of ham, carrot, green beans were all fresh n' delicious. Super generous sizes on all ingredients. The daily special we got was delicious cooked pork in a light sauce on cabbage. But that changes every day! We'll try more. Your Kimchi is spicy, brownish. Well mixed with rice. Try the guys. The owner was so friendly. He even ventilated the box on the pot stickers so that the steam could escape during the passage, so that it did not make the food so beautiful. Really cool movement! I'll be back soon."
