"Have been here twice now. First time loved the pizza but seemed a bit chaotic. My more recent visit was awesome, not sure if they changed up some things in house; but very friendly and helpful staff. Pizza is delicious with a ton of house made ingredients! Kudos"

"My absolute favorite place to eat in my hometown of Minneapolis. A family tradition even before I was born. Staff always seems friendly and the menu offers a wide enough selection to please anyone. Prices are affordable. Great memories here! The 'original ' Broadway Pizza and the best!"

"Is there anyway to give less than one star? Completely unacceptable service. The staff doesn't seem to care at all and i have never seen a delivery driver wear a mask so i doubt their safety standards are up to code. I ordered a pizza for a nice little Friday night dinner. I ordered at a decent time, around 7pm. After waiting for over 3 hours, yes you read that right 3 hours! With no communication from the store at all, our pizza finally showed up sometime after 10 pm and it was ice cold! How is that even sanitary? It seemed like they made the pizza when i placed the order and then just let it set for 3 hours. 1 pizza equals 3 hours of waiting for cold food i guess. So i tried to call in a complaint, they took my call and said a representative would get back to me about a refund. Of course they never did so i took it a step farther and called my bank to dispute the charge. So in the end i got my money back and pizza hut lost a customer, was it really worth it guys? Do not put yourself through what i did, just go somewhere else. Im using the rest of this review as a ad for Pizza Luce where they actually care about giving you good food"
