"This is the best sushi in orange county and has been for 25 years! shin is the owner and cuts his sushi himself. very traditional sushi bar, but with very large fish pieces. Our family has been here for 25 years and we wouldn't go anywhere else. fresh, expert and simply delicious! we love shin!"

"I've been living in the Seewald for about 5 years and tried every sushi place in the city. If you want to get the best sushi in town, their fish are always super fresh and well cut. I feel quite pampered that I have eaten here about 10 times, super consistent quality and friendly staff!"

"Great food and service. We had tonkatsu and miso ramen, the tuna on crispy rice (unique and really tasty, if a bit pricy), and a spicy tuna roll. Ramen and broth were delicious, toppings were perfect. Pork was incredibly tender, egg was perfectly soft boiled, bamboo was nice and soft. Really delicious all around. The tuna roll was good, too."

"Restaurant was clean, Jake was great and very polite. The 007 roll, the AKA baked lobster with a tuna was excellent and the presentation was the best I saw. I put it in my top five places to eat baked lobsters. I also tried Veggie Raman. It was tasteful and I really enjoyed it. I recommend this restaurant."
