"Beautiful house and grounds set in lovely Surrey countryside near Leatherhead. Nice cafeteria with indoor and outdoor seating. House is very nice inside rooms have a cosy feel compared to most NT stately homes. Grounds are really outstanding and offer stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Well worth a visit."

"Yesterday at 1:30 o'clock sat in and greeted by two smiling, friendly and very loyal employees, mel and sam. it is rare nowadays that they find this type of excellent customer service that they have provided, especially among the current circumstances! Moreover, mel was on the test to make my flat white that was made beautiful, while sam comforting and soothing about the harm that the storm has made to my house. will be back very soon to experience all this again and ten times more!"

"Esquires' coffee is great, and currently it is the only place for vegan breakfast in dorking. several vegan breakfast options and vegan sausages are always available, plus a vegan cake. vegan croissants can not be on show, only ask them and they will cook one for them."

"They have delicious cakes and cookies here to go with your tea or coffee. We selected the beautifully moist chocolate brownies, which was a good choice. To be fair the cakes looked very tempting. One little niggle on our visit was that the service was...being done by some willing and pleasant but slow teenagers. A bit frustrating on a busy Easter weekend. I am sure that with a bit of practice they’ll be speedy."
