"The person taking orders does not listen for everything a person wants. Didn't include biscuits when the order was being packaged. Had to wait 20 minutes after the store was told the order was wrong. Had to go inside to get everything corrected. This started when a new person was hired several weeks ago. She needs to be terminated. Store at 1613 Arizona Ave in Monroe, LA."

"Very friendly, very tasty, as informal and delicious as it gets!A friend recommended it, he was getting fried chicken, and he said it was excellent. I was in the mood for some fried catfish, so I asked. And he had some, so I ordered. Excellent fried catfish; tender, moist, flaky with a nice seasoned crisp cornmeal batter. The fries were very good, as well. Best when served hot, but also good leftover. Would recommend to anyone who eats real. good. food. Gonna go back for a burger in the not too distant future."

"Just waited at the window for 20 minutes for cheese bites and a salad with no explanation or apology. They obviously forgot to put part of my order in. Not to mention they gave me the wrong salad and dressing. They need to work on their evening shift drive-thru."

"Chicken has nice spice, crunchy, and red beans were crazy delicious. Workers were nice and helpful. Only problem was a long wait, but that won't deter my return for this good food."

"The food is usually somewhat decent, a little greasy on some nights, but edible, hence the two stars. Furthermore, the workers aren't very friendly and need some communication training. To top it off EVERYTIME I come here they are always out of something. Out of chicken, chicken sandwiches etc. This location needs some boot camp."
