"The service and menu are excellent. Mouth lover (Gardon) with mignardises after dessert (topinambour) everything is succulent. All products are from the region: Sologne caviar, truffle, silure, beef, goat cheese made of foam and refined. The chocolate dessert and the hazel blown with mushroom ice are great."

"A stop off en route from Blois to Chambord by bike I found this lovely place. Only serving fromage and charcuterie for lunch, but it was superb. All local cheeses, tasty meats, delicious rosé, fresh bread. Friendly service. Recommended."
